- Managed the techno-economic feasibility study for delivering gas to remote communities in the Northwest Territories. Options included gas from the Mackenzie Valley Gas transmission pipeline and satellite LNG.
- Managed the pre-feasibility study of supplying LNG to four remote communities the Northern Manitoba.
- Managed the pre-feasibility study of alternative energy supplies for a mine, including LNG and CNG to displace diesel and Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG).
- Managed the feasibility study of converting a diesel power plant for a community in the Northwest Territories to natural gas, including piped gas and LNG.
- Acted as project advisor for feasibility study of supplying LNG to Mindanao, Philippines for the World Bank.
- Managed the feasibility study of using CNG in the transportation sector in Qatar, including use of LNG and Liquefied-Compressed Natural Gas (L-CNG).
- Sourced LNG supply for a gas distribution company in Turkey to reduce their dependence on gas supply from GazProm.
- Managed the development & implementation of load-control, demand response, peak shaving, and peak shifting programs for an electric distribution company.
- Completed a cost benefit study of localized DSM programs on deferral of capital expenditures on electrical distribution systems.
- Developed a demand management pilot program for an electric distribution company to reduce peak demand.
- Assisted in the redesign of industrial rates & tariffs to provide unbundled transportation & commodity sales service in a deregulated environment.
- Prepared the DSM plan for a natural gas utility for submission to the BC Utilities Commission.
- Negotiated natural gas sales & transportation and pipeline bypass agreements each valued at over $4 million per year for a gas utility and prepared regulatory filings to the BC Utilities Commission.

- Prepared pre-feasibility and feasibility study requirements for district energy systems.

- Sourced Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) supply for a gas distribution company in Turkey to reduce their dependence on gas supply from GazProm.
- Developed & evaluated alternative business models for the retail operations of natural gas utility for transition to an independent non-regulated business unit.
- Assisted in the development of the business case for Commercial New Construction Program targeted at improving energy efficiency in new commercial buildings, with a budget of $20,000,000.
- Managed the feasibility study of using compressed natural gas (CNG) in the transportation sector in Qatar, including use of LNG and Liquefied-Compressed Natural Gas (L-CNG).

- Developed the curriculum and course content, as well as delivered courses for the Building Energy & Resource Management (BERM) program at Douglas College.
- Managed the development and delivery of US$1,000,000 training program for a national gas company to improve customer service and introduce regulatory systems and DSM programs. The scope included review and analysis of company policies & procedure for customer service, regulatory, and rate design.
- Developed and delivered energy management training for building operators and maintenance staff for the facilities management department.
